What this shows
Both levels use their own local coordinates but render at one shared scale. The repeated stairs S1 id registers one continuous stairwell: the ground-floor symbol receives UP, the first-floor symbol receives DN, and moving either instance more than 0.1 m would produce an alignment warning.
Room ids are scoped per floor, so stair can be named naturally on both levels. Doors, relative placement, and furniture remain floor-local; only a registered stair id may connect levels.
